Refund Policy

How refunds, cancellations, and billing issues are handled for DataGrid Studio subscriptions.

Effective Date: March 2026

1. Important Summary

  • Cancel anytime to stop future charges. Your access remains available until the end of your current billing period.
  • Refunds are not guaranteed and are typically only granted for valid billing errors or exceptional cases.
  • No prorated refunds for unused time unless required by law or explicitly approved by us.

2. Monthly Subscriptions

Monthly subscription payments are generally non-refundable once processed. You may cancel anytime to prevent future charges, and your plan will remain active until the end of your current billing cycle.

3. Annual Subscriptions

Annual subscription payments are generally non-refundable once processed. If you believe there is a billing error (duplicate charge, wrong plan, etc.), please contact support so we can investigate.

4. Billing Errors & Exceptional Cases

If you believe you were charged incorrectly (duplicate charge, incorrect amount, wrong plan, or unauthorized payment), contact us and include:

  • Your account email
  • The date/time of the charge
  • Your order number or invoice (if available)
  • A short description of the issue

If approved, refunds are typically processed back to the original payment method. Processing times depend on your bank/payment provider.

5. Cancellation vs. Refund

Cancellation stops future billing and keeps Premium access until the current billing period ends.

Refund returns a payment (fully or partially) and may revoke Premium access immediately depending on the refund type and timing.

6. Chargebacks

Initiating a chargeback may temporarily suspend account access while we investigate. We recommend contacting support first so we can help resolve the issue quickly and avoid unnecessary disruptions.

7. Payment Processor

Payments are processed by our payment provider (Lemon Squeezy and its underlying payment partners). Receipts and invoices are issued by the payment provider, and refund processing timelines may vary by payment method and bank.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
