1. What is DataGrid Studio?
DataGrid Studio helps you turn spreadsheets into dashboards faster. Upload a CSV/XLSX, generate charts and KPI cards, ask questions via Analysis Chat, and get formula/code help.
2. What can I upload?
- CSV and Excel files (XLSX)
- Most common business datasets (sales, inventory, finance, support metrics)
- Files with headers in the first row work best
If your dataset contains sensitive information, we recommend removing or anonymizing it before uploading.
3. What are AI credits?
AI credits are your monthly allowance for AI-powered features like dashboard generation, Analysis Chat, and Formula + Code Helper. Each AI action consumes credits depending on the size/complexity of the request.
- If you run out of credits, AI features will pause until your credits refresh (or you upgrade).
- Your saved files and dashboards remain available even if AI is temporarily unavailable.
4. Can AI outputs be wrong?
Yes. AI can misread columns, make assumptions, or produce charts that look correct but map to the wrong metric. Always review and validate outputs—especially before using them for business decisions.

5. Can I export dashboards?
Yes. You can export visualizations and data in supported formats (depending on the feature and plan). If you encounter visibility issues (e.g., dark theme exports), try exporting again or contact support.
6. Can I share dashboards?
If sharing is enabled in your plan, you can generate a share link for a dashboard. Treat share links like passwords: anyone with the link may be able to view the content.
7. What happens if I deactivate my account?
- Your account is immediately disabled and you cannot log in.
- AI features, uploads, and dashboard creation are blocked while deactivated.
- Your data remains stored (unless you later request deletion).
- If you want to reactivate, email [email protected].
Deactivation is designed for users who may return later. If you want permanent deletion, contact support and we’ll guide you through the process.
8. How do refunds work?
Refund rules depend on your plan and situation. Please review the Refund Policy. If you believe you were charged incorrectly, contact support.
9. How do you handle my data?
We use your uploaded data to generate dashboards and answer questions. We do not use your data to train AI models. For more information, see the Privacy Policy.
